Bentley Systems is seeking a data‑driven Senior Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization to lead our optimization team and oversee digital growth across the corporate website and e‑commerce storefront. You will report to the Director of Digital Growth and Web Conversion and manage a team of CRO and optimization professionals.

This role emphasizes AI‑driven experimentation, lifecycle programs, and collaboration with UX, engineering, and marketing to maximize conversions and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of digital marketing with CRO leadership and people management.
• B2B e‑commerce experience with storefronts; Adobe Commerce preferred.
• AI integration into marketing processes for faster testing and insights.
• Hands‑on experience with Optimizely for experimentation and testing.
• Lifecycle marketing experience with revenue‑generating programs.
• Web analytics proficiency (GA4) and data visualization (Power BI, Data Studio).
• Experience linking Marketo and Salesforce data for full‑funnel measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO strategy and team to execute a high‑impact testing roadmap across the corporate website and e‑commerce storefront.
• Own Optimizely platform and scale A/B, split, and multivariate testing.
• Design lifecycle campaigns including nurture sequences and abandoned cart recovery.
• Drive AI‑driven optimization and predictive insights to improve testing workflows.
