Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Optimizely Developer to drive digital growth and web experiences. You will develop within Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation, collaborating with CRO, Product, and UX/UI teams to deliver scalable, high-performance pages and experiments.

You will leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate deployment, build API integrations with Salesforce, Marketo, and Adobe Commerce, and ensure robust testing and governance across the CMS stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack web development with Optimizely experience.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core / MVC for Optimizely CMS.
• Advanced HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript for dynamic web experiences.
• Experience using AI development tools to accelerate workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Optimizely CMS backends and architecture.
• Build reusable blocks, templates, and content models in Optimizely CMS.
• Ensure scalable, secure CMS architecture and performance.
• Create API integrations with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Commerce.
• Implement complex A/B, multivariate tests within Optimizely Web Experimentation.
• Deploy personalized campaigns for ABM and B2B segments.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development.
• Collaborate on server-side testing and feature flags with Optimizely Full Stack.
• Maintain code quality and governance across deployments.
• Partner with CRO, UX/UI, and Product teams to prototype solutions.
