Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Optimizely Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. You will lead Optimizely CMS development, frontend experimentation, and AI-assisted coding to accelerate digital testing and personalization.

You will report to the Senior Product Manager, Web Experience & Growth, collaborate with CRO, Product, and UX/UI, and work in a hybrid environment across Denver and Boston with strong emphasis on scalable architecture and secure integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience, with 3+ years on Optimizely
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core / MVC and Optimizely CMS (Episerver)
• Advanced HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript for Optimizely Web Experimentation
• Experience using AI development tools to speed coding, debugging and testing
• Strong understanding of OptimizelyProject JS, visual tags, audience logic and caching
• Experience developing for complex enterprise B2B sites with gated content workflows
• Git and modern CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

Responsibilities

• Develop within Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation
• Build reusable blocks, templates, and content models in Optimizely CMS
• Ensure scalable, secure CMS architecture with good performance (Core Web Vitals)
• Create and maintain API integrations with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Commerce
• Design and deploy complex A/B, split, and multivariate tests
• Implement AI-assisted engineering to accelerate development cycles
• Collaborate with CRO, Product, UX/UI to prototype and validate tests
