Monzo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Web Growth to shape how users discover Monzo on the web and begin their journey with us. You will own monzo.com, leading a high-velocity squad to optimize acquisition, onboarding and activation through data-driven experiments.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, data and marketing to deliver high-conversion, frictionless experiences, guiding a roadmap that scales across the web funnel while maintaining exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Leading the charge: build a product vision and strategy for monzo.com, ensuring alignment with Monzo’s goals and an exceptional customer experience.
• Communicating effectively: you get people inspired by the web growth vision and you share the right context with the right people at the right time.
• Collaborating seamlessly: partner with engineering, design, data, research and marketing across Monzo to create a strategy and deliver.
• Delivering impact: define, deliver and measure the impact of the web experiences you create.
