Job summary

Quora is seeking a Product Manager to drive user-centric growth across our core product experience, with a focus on expanding top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and early retention on web and mobile. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to craft engaging experiences and run a high-velocity A/B program.

You will define objectives, metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and measure success, while leveraging qualitative and quantitative

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with consumer products.
• Demonstrated ability to drive user growth on a product with measurable impact on acquisition, activation, or retention.
• Excellent communication skills for multiple audiences and levels.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and scale products through experimentation.
• Strong user research and design sense to launch winning experiences.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and coordinating with design, eng, and data science.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user growth funnel, focusing on top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and early retention on web and mobile.
• Understand users on and off the platform and craft experiences to expand reach to new demographics.
• Manage ambiguity and cross-functional dependencies to drive product success in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and product ops to define, build, iterate, and ship growth experiences at scale.
• Define objectives, metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and measure success.
• Run structured experimentation across the funnel to inform strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor industry and product trends to identify new growth levers for user growth and retention.
