Job summary

Realtor.com in Austin is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Core Product Strategy team to own value-add products and services beyond primary lead generation. You will translate corporate strategy into product strategy, leading cross-functional efforts to improve client ROI and conversion.

You will drive market analysis, build compelling business cases, and partner with leadership to define strategy, execution plans, and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing market and competitive landscapes and building a right-to-win case.
• Clear, execution-ready product briefs or PRDs that delivery teams can act on.
• Experience in branding or marketing value-add categories is a plus.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable scope, sequencing, and success measures.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with C-level leadership, engineering, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for RDC's Value Add Services portfolio and related products.
• Assess market landscape to identify where RDC has strongest client value and right to win.
• Define strategy with stakeholders, build a business case for investment, and secure buy-in before roadmapping.
• Develop test-and-invest plans, sequencing pilots, and validating demand.
• Translate strategic bets into execution-ready briefs for delivery teams, and stay engaged through development.
