Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Sr. Product Manager on our Core Product Strategy team to own value-add services for agents and brokers, extending beyond lead generation to help them run their business and improve conversion.

You'll translate strategy into a detailed product brief, partner with cross-functional leadership to shape the solution, and stay engaged through development with clear metrics tied to the original business case.

Qualifications

• Strong experience assessing market and competitive landscapes and building a right-to-win case for new product bets.
• Clear, execution-ready product briefs or PRDs that delivery teams can act on.
• Experience in branding, marketing or value-add/product categories is a plus.
• Ability to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for new product areas with tested demand.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into concrete scope, sequencing, and success metrics.
• Strong ability to communicate strategy and gain buy-in with detailed financial modeling and plan execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for RDC's Value Add Services portfolio and related products.
• Assess market and competitive landscape to identify where value can be created and wins are most likely.
• Collaborate with GM’s, strategy, analytics, finance, and product leadership to build business cases and secure buy-in.
• Develop test-and-invest plans, sequencing pilots and validating demand before scaling.
• Translate strategy into execution-ready briefs, defining scope, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape solutions and hand off to delivery with ongoing engagement and metrics.
