Realtor.com is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define the long‑term strategy and vision for the Client business. You will work with senior leaders and GMs to shape direction across lead and non‑lead products, building strong business cases and a clear, defensible roadmap for execution.

You will operate as an internal consultant, aligning stakeholders, establishing priorities, and guiding cross‑functional teams through complex decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of product management experience, including strategic/portfolio work.
• Experience partnering with C-suite or executive stakeholders on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy in a high-stakes, cross‑functional environment with senior leaders.
• Own the long‑term strategic roadmap across lead and non‑lead products.
• Define scope and sequencing from MVP moves to long-term vision; drive prioritization across teams.
• Define and evolve packaging, pricing, and tiering strategy for coherent value proposition.
• Build strategic and business case foundations for new commercial models and opportunities.
• Establish success metrics and operating cadence to track adoption, experience, and financial impact.
