Realtor.com® is seeking a Senior Product Manager on our Core Product Strategy team to own value-add services for our agent and broker clients, beyond primary leads. You will translate corporate strategy into product strategy, defining opportunities and building execution-ready briefs with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Strong experience assessing market and competitive landscapes.
• Proven ability to write execution-ready product briefs or PRDs.
• Experience with branding, marketing or value-add products is a plus.
• Ability to define vision, strategy, and a roadmap for new areas.
• Synthesize ambiguous strategy into concrete scope and milestones.
• Communicate strategy with buy-in from senior leaders and translate to reality.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data analytics, and finance.
• Own outcomes beyond handoff and track against metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Value Add Services and related products.
• Assess market and competitive landscape to identify where to win.
• Define strategy with stakeholders and secure buy-in before roadmapping.
• Build revenue models and business cases to validate investments.
• Define test-and-invest plans, pilots, and sequencing before full roadmap.
• Translate bets into execution-ready product briefs with outcomes and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to shape solutions.
• Stay engaged with delivery teams through development and launch.
• Conduct market research, user insight, and stakeholder input for briefs.
• Maintain a coherent narrative across the product portfolio.
