Job summary

Realtor.com Careers is seeking a Principal Product Manager to set long-term strategy and vision for RDC's Client business in Austin, TX. You will partner with senior leaders across Client Products, GMs, and Corporate Strategy to shape a broad portfolio spanning lead and non-lead products.

You will translate business priorities into a coherent roadmap, define strategic bets, and build compelling business cases to guide investments and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of product management experience, including strategic/portfolio level work.
• Experience partnering with C-suite or executive stakeholders on strategy and planning.
• Experience shaping new business lines or commercial models with measurable P&L impact.
• Experience in real estate, marketplace, or B2B subscription/services businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy in a high-stakes, cross-functional environment with Client Products, GMs, and Corporate Strategy.
• Own the long-term strategic roadmap across lead and non-lead products; translate priorities into a sequenced portfolio.
• Define scope and sequencing from MVP moves to long-term vision; drive prioritization and tradeoffs across teams.
• Evolve packaging, pricing, and tiering to differentiate value across client segments.
• Build strategic and business-case foundations for new commercial models and opportunities.
• Establish success metrics and operating cadence to track adoption, impact, and ROI of the strategy.
