IDnow is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Trust Platform in Germany, focused on platform capabilities, orchestration, APIs, dashboards, and data layers. You will balance market needs with commercial goals, collaborating across Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics to shape scalable identity and fraud prevention workflows.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience bringing new products to market, coordinating go to market activities and pricing of SaaS products.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity with clarity.
• Knowledge of digital identity, fraud prevention, risk, compliance, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Experience with platforms, orchestration, APIs, or third-party integrations in a complex environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Marketing and other commercial functions to assess market needs and use cases.
• Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle for non-IDnow signals across orchestration model, studio, and APIs.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and lead RFP processes to ensure the Trust Platform has state-of-the-art tools.
• Act as product counterpart to other IDnow teams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Own the dashboards and analytics features within the Trust Platform dashboard for real-time data on conversion, drops, and fraud.
• Design unified data schemas and reusable data blocks for consistent definitions across providers.
• Enable internal teams to understand and navigate the Trust Platform.
