Zusammenfassung

IDnow is seeking a Product Owner for Trust Services to own product direction and backlog for a security-focused technical product area. You will align with the Trust Services domain and Engineering to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions through clear requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes regulatory knowledge (eIDAS2, QEAA/EAA), data governance, and service delivery excellence, with a focus on secure APIs, data flows, and incident readiness across

Qualifikationen

4+ years of Product Ownership/Technical Product Management experience in software and service delivery.
Experience with agile delivery models (Scrum or similar) and backlog management.
Strong technical fluency with modern software products, APIs, data flows and non-functional requirements.
Experience translating regulatory, security, privacy and audit requirements into product requirements.

Aufgaben

Own the product goal, roadmap and backlog: prioritize by value, risk and learning.
Lead refinement, planning and reviews; improve delivery flow with metrics.
Define buildable requirements: user journeys, APIs, data states, acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, QA and Operations on quality, boundaries and operations.
