Job summary

IDnow is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Trust Platform – Digital Identities, to lead cross-border identity solutions across Europe from Rennes/Paris. You will shape strategy, own end-to-end eID and EUDI Wallet integrations, and drive compliant, secure identification methods with a focus on regulatory alignment.

Fluency in English and French is required; willingness to travel to Rennes and across jurisdictions, with strong collaboration with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Solutions teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Knowledge of eID schemes or EUDI Wallets is a strong plus.
• Familiar with identity & access management protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth).

Responsibilities

• Shape how IDnow's Trust Platform supports digital identities across Europe.
• Define the digital identity strategy and portfolio of identification methods.
• Coordinate integration of Trust Services (signatures, QEAAs) into the platform.
• Stay ahead of eIDAS 2.0 and EUDI Wallet standards for compliance.
• Ensure cross-border identity verification considering national eID schemes.
• Analyze friction vs. security to improve onboarding rates.
