Job summary

IDnow is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform – Core, based in Berlin/Munich. You will own the orchestration and decisioning logic, the no-code Studio experience, and governance, transparency, and developer experience that make the platform trustworthy to build on.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Solution Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial to translate long-term vision into a prioritised roadmap and ensure scale, transparency, and robustness in the platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years product management experience at an API-based SaaS company with end-to-end ownership.
• Balanced mix of execution and strategy; able to define long-term direction and delivery.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Experience in Solution Engineering or close collaboration with Customer Success.
• Experience with platforms, orchestration engines, no-code/low-code tools, or APIs.
• Ability to translate developer experience needs into product decisions.
• Experience planning or executing customer migrations to a new platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the core engine and tooling of the Trust Platform for complex decisions.
• Own orchestration logic, routing, failover, and scalable decisioning.
• Drive no-code Studio improvements for non-technical users.
• Deliver governance, version control, and audit logs for transparency.
• Enhance developer experience with API design, docs, SDKs, and sandboxes.
• Serve as primary interface with Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers.
• Translate long-term platform vision into a prioritized roadmap for Eng.
• Gather feedback to close gaps in orchestration, tooling, and docs.
