Eaton’s Electrical Sector seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Medium Voltage Switchgear line. Based in Greenwood, SC with relocation and US remote options, you will shape the portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and launches, interfacing with sales, engineering, and operations.

You will lead two Associate Product Managers and drive profitability, market position, and customer value through strong business leadership and technical insight into engineered MV power distribution solutions.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in product management, applications engineering, sales engineering, or related roles within electrical industry.
• Experience with engineered electrical products or power distribution equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MV SWGR product line strategy, growth plans, and portfolio actions to improve sales and market position.
• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle strategy using Voice of Customer and market analysis.
• Lead new product development and launches through ProLaunch, including business case and launch planning.
• Provide leadership for the MV SWGR portfolio including various switchgear types.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs to improve customer experience and execution.
• Represent the product line in customer visits, industry events, and internal reviews.
