Job summary

TrueSeek is seeking a Project Manager for switchgear projects on the West Coast, with nationwide reach. You will oversee the full lifecycle of switchboards, MCCs, and medium voltage equipment, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.

You will review submittals, BOMs, and release schedules, and bring expertise in low/medium voltage gear. This is a fully remote role with a strong bonus program and autonomous decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4 to 15+ years in switchgear project management, technical gear sales, or estimating in electrical distribution.
• Strong low and medium voltage and MCC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret one-lines, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Experience managing large commercial, industrial, utility, infrastructure, or military projects preferred.
• Eaton gear experience preferred, otherwise Square D, Siemens, or ABB.
• Bidman experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.
• Pacific time zone required, with preference for PST, MST, or CST locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of switchgear projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate with contractors, manufacturers, engineers, field teams, and leadership.
• Serve as main contact for customers throughout each project.
• Projects range from straightforward to highly technical, exceeding a million dollars.
