Job summary

Bread Financial seeks a Lead Product Manager to shape strategy, roadmaps and delivery for consumer-focused products. You will partner with designers, engineers and stakeholders to set priorities, define metrics, and drive execution in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own the vision, manage backlogs, and monitor product performance while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 8-10 years experience in product management, business analysis, information technology, or related areas
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and plans the product roadmap. Creates and defines the long-term vision and strategy for the products and features for a diverse set of customers.
• Work with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product features using agile methodology.
• Lead feedback gathering, metric definition, and analysis to validate assumptions, inform roadmap priority, and monitor product success.
• Manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, while maintaining the product roadmap and backlog.
• Understands key financial measures and synthesizes financial metrics around the product concepts.
