Job summary

BradyCorp is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Milwaukee to own the product category strategy, including P&L, roadmap, and pricing. You will partner with engineering, operations, sourcing, marketing, and channel management to define and maintain a compelling value proposition and lifecycle strategy for the product line.

You will conduct VOC and market research to build a strategic roadmap, ensure product relevance, drive innovations, and meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product category strategy with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to build and execute pricing strategies for list and off-book pricing.
• Strong collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages product category strategy and P&L to hit revenue goals.
• Defines product lifecycle strategy and roadmap driven by VOC and market research.
• Develops pricing strategy for list and off-book pricing.
• Maintains market position through competitive reviews.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Strategic Sourcing.
• Partners with Marketing Communications on materials and launch plans.
• Drives marketing and sales strategies for product groups.
• Measures success by growth, margins and a strong new-product pipeline.
• Drives cost-out initiatives with Engineering and Sourcing.
