Job summary

Brady, a global leader in safety and identification solutions, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to maximize revenue and profitability of the Label Printing Systems portfolio. You will support cradle-to-grave product lifecycle, from ideation to EOL, and split time between new product development and lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations; gather VOC insights, help price and position products, and assist with omni-channel commercialization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives without formal authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of a long-term NPD roadmap.
• Drive revenue and profitability plans for existing products across lifecycle stages.
• Gather and analyze VOC data to improve business cases and product decisions.
• Understand and support P&L management for product categories.
• Monitor competitive landscape to inform Sales, Marketing, and R&D actions.
• Contribute to commercialization strategies using an omni-channel approach with direct sales and distributors.
• Assist in pricing and positioning strategies to maximize profit.
• Advocate for the product line with cross-functional partners including sales, channel teams, operations, and regional product leaders.
