Job summary

The Brady Worldwide Inc. Product Manager supports developing a strategic plan and executing a comprehensive portfolio roadmap for assigned category offerings. Works with Marketing, Sales, Finance and R&D to maximize sales and profitability under Product Management leadership.

You will define product vision, gather customer insights, prioritize investments, and drive commercialization across multiple market channels while owning product financials and margins. Up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, polymer sciences, or materials science.
• Experience gathering requirements and prioritizing work.
• Experience interacting with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long term product roadmap with focus on new product development.
• Define product vision and business goals with stakeholders and executives.
• Gather customer insights (VOC) and market trends to inform business cases.
• Prioritize investments and product requirements across global teams.
• Own product financials and drive revenue and margin growth.
• Lead commercialization strategies across market channels.
