Job summary

Brady in Milwaukee is seeking a Senior Product Manager responsible for a product category, including strategy, P&L, roadmap, and pricing. You will work with engineering, operations, sourcing, channel management and marketing to define and maintain the value proposition and product lifecycle.

You will conduct VOC and market research to build a strategic roadmap, drive revenue growth, and launch new products. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Experience creating and executing strategies.
• Travel up to 30% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages product category strategy and P&L to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Owns product lifecycle strategy for the product offering.
• Develops and implements a new product roadmap based on VOC and market research.
• Develops and executes pricing strategy for list and off-book pricing.
• Maintains market position through competitive review.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Marketing and Sales to drive growth.
