Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for spectroscopy technologies and connected analytical solutions in the United States. You will translate customer workflows into product requirements and drive priorities across hardware, software, and data workflows.

The role involves coordinating with multiple business units, communicating plans to stakeholders, and guiding product development through lifecycle management. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, commercial or related experience in analytical instrumentation or life sciences.
• Experience translating customer needs into practical requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to travel approximately 15% or as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies.
• Translate business objectives and market needs into actionable requirements and priorities.
• Communicate product direction and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Partner with other product managers to align priorities and integration requirements.
• Define requirements for integrating spectroscopy with instruments, software and data workflows.
• Engage customers and partners to validate needs and advance commercialization.
