Job summary

Royper Royco LLC in New York is seeking a senior product leader to own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features, drive onboarding, and oversee integrations with accounting, payments, payroll, and business software. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact products.

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of senior product management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features.

• Build business tools for invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation, and daily financial operations.
• Set strategy for integrations and APIs across accounting, payments, payroll, and business software.

• Run experiments across onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention with metrics guiding decisions.

Join a fintech product team building a small-business financial platform. You will lead a high-impact area spanning customer onboarding, business workflows, integrations, and customer-facing AI, helping small businesses manage financial work more easily.

What You’ll Do

• Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features, applying AI to make financial tasks more intuitive and efficient.
• Improve the customer journey from signup through activation and ongoing engagement.
• Build business tools for invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation, and everyday financial operations.
• Set strategy for integrations and APIs across accounting, payments, payroll, and business software.
• Explore LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation while balancing usefulness, accuracy, privacy, and risk.
• Run experiments across onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention, using metrics to guide product decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver products.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 to 15 years of relevant product management experience at a senior level.
• Experience building products that use AI, LLMs, or agentic workflows.
• Experience building integrations, APIs, or platform products.
• Familiarity with discovery and awareness channels such as SEO, AEO and LLM-driven search, organic, affiliate, and content.
• A bachelor's degree; an advanced degree or relevant analytical or technical background is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and a data-informed approach to product experimentation.

Base salary is $160,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid position in New York, New York, with 2 to 3 days onsite each week.
