Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a senior contributor for an internal AI product team in NYC. Build and ship AI agents, define trusted information sources, and design MCP services to integrate internal tools.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years in product/engineering roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startups, with proven ability to ship production-grade code and prioritize AI initiatives for long-term business impact. On-site in New York.

Qualifications

• Five to fifteen years of experience as a product manager, engineer, or founder building B2B software.
• Experience in a technical product role at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup, with a record of launching products in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Professional software engineering experience, including shipping production code, or strong proficiency building with AI coding tools.
• Ability to identify and prioritize AI initiatives with meaningful long-term business impact.
• Experience working with engineering teams on technical products such as AI agents or data platforms, with an understanding of software development lifecycle automation.
• Strong STEM background and experience working outside large technology companies in recent years.

About the Role

Join an internal AI product team at a Series B financial technology company building AI-powered software for accounting workflows. You will help make the business more effective by embedding AI agents into everyday work and shaping how people and agents collaborate as the company grows.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $175,000 to $275,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
