Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a Product Manager 3 in Wilmington, MA to drive strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle management for advanced semiconductor inspection solutions in Advanced Packaging and Front-End Wafer Processing.

The role partners with engineering, sales, service, operations, marketing, and leadership to translate customer needs into differentiated products and features, requiring strong technical and PM expertise and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, inspection, metrology, process control, or related industries.
• 3+ years of Product Management, Program Management, Product Marketing, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with customer requirements, technology trends, and business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer assessments to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Develop business cases and requirements for new products, features, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Sales, Service, Operations, Marketing, and Product Leadership to translate customer needs into differentiated products.
• Prioritize product requirements based on customer value and business impact; support NPI and major releases.
