Job summary
MRL Consulting Group Ltd. is recruiting a Product Manager III for Semiconductor Packaging to own the Advanced Packaging and Semiconductor portfolio and drive strategy, requirements, and lifecycle decisions.
You will lead cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, operations and quality to deliver customer solutions, market-driven roadmaps, and competitive pricing while supporting BD with RFQs and tailored offerings. Global travel up to 25% is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in Semiconductor Advanced Packaging.
- Willingness to travel globally up to 25%.
- Strong technical, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and lead development projects.
- Define product specifications, performance targets, costs and pricing.
- Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality to meet customer requirements.
- Manage product lifecycle, including aftermarket service, parts and training.
- Support Business Development with market analysis, customer RFQs and customised solutions.
- Lead cross-functional technical project teams and support demand planning.
