Job summary

Onto Innovation in Wilmington, MA seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, configurations, pricing, and competitive analysis for its semiconductor equipment portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive market-driven decisions.

You will guide engineering and customer demos, participate in technology reviews, and manage escalations to ensure timely, high-quality solutions for our customers in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field; advanced degree and/or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in product management in the semiconductor equipment industry or 10+ years in engineering management or product marketing in the semiconductor or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy including roadmap, configurations, marketing plan, pricing, competitive analysis, etc.
• Set priorities for engineering and customer demos
• Participate in customer technology review meetings
• Manage customer escalations
