Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in semiconductor capital equipment, manufacturing, inspection, metrology, or process control.
• Minimum 5 years in Product Management, Program Management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and business performance.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and executive engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with technology needs and company growth.
