Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and customer engagement for unpatterned and patterned inspection products. You will identify key applications, gather VoC inputs, and craft collateral and presentations for customers and conferences.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in semiconductor marketing, hands-on wafer-processing or related environments, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS Degree or higher in a related field; MBA desirable for leadership.
• Experience presenting to semiconductor customers and translating feedback into strategy.
• Hands-on marketing in wafer/probe/inspection or related technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategy and positioning for unpatterned/patterned inspection products.
• Identify key applications across wafer/panel lines and gather VoC inputs from customers.
• Create customer-facing collateral and technical presentations; present at conferences.
• Collaborate with marketing to build inflection roadmaps and identify gaps or opportunities.
