Job summary

The World’s Identity Company seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Product Platform to build a brand-new, high-visibility capability: self-service visibility into subscription and license usage within the Admin Console. You will partner with Engineering, Field, Pricing & Packaging, and Product leadership to shape a capability with direct impact on retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or core software infrastructure.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven ability to produce solid, actionable plans from incomplete inputs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with global cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the long-term product vision and strategy for subscription usage and licensing visibility.
• Architect a self-service usage dashboard and reporting framework across the Admin Console.
• Collaborate with India-based engineering teams to deliver high-performance usage computation and reporting infrastructure improvements.
• Distill complex requirements from diverse stakeholders into precise technical specifications.
• Analyze large-scale subscription data to identify friction points and drive improvements in trust and platform experience.
• Validate assumptions with low-cost experiments before major investments.
• Track industry trends in usage-based licensing and metering to maintain competitive edge.
