Job summary

Orange Apron Media is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the strategic vision for managing and optimizing creative assets. You will lead a self-service platform for advertisers and improve internal workflows, balancing user needs with business goals such as sales and efficiency.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX and analytics teams, translate goals into roadmaps, and guide product decisions from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3-6 years of experience with AdTech, Retail Media Networks, OR Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development based enterprise environment
• Experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in communicating with and influencing cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Seeks to empathize with end users and determine the fastest path to deliver value.
• Translates business goals and user needs into product strategy and communicates priorities to teams.
• Identifies goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value and iterates backlog accordingly.
• Manages and grooms the product backlog and makes future decisions based on value.
• Forms hypotheses through user research and testing; documents quality standards.
• Creates, prioritizes and accepts user stories; contributes to release planning.
• Drives daily value through product decisions and backlog prioritization.
• Collaborates with Engineering, UX and other teams to remove impediments and deliver value.
• Guides junior team members and participates in learning around modern software practices.
