Job summary

Gen Digital is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the identity and entitlement platform powering how members and access are modeled across Gen's family of consumer brands. This foundational, platform-level role defines the structure and architecture that lets multiple product teams build on top of it rather than solving the same problem independently.

You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and brand product teams—translating complex technical tradeoffs into a system

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience owning platform or infrastructure products (identity, entitlements, access management).
• Strong technical fluency—able to read API contracts and data models.
• Proven track record driving cross-functional alignment across teams you don’t directly control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements for the identity and entitlement model and scalable structure across Gen's brands.
• Make platform decisions that enable multiple teams to build on the platform.
• Build and maintain a roadmap reflecting technical feasibility and long-term extensibility.
