Kaseya is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Kaseya platform, focusing on unified identity and entitlement fulfilment across a fragmented product portfolio. This high-impact role defines vision, architecture, and cross-functional alignment to unlock new revenue and strengthen differentiation.

You will mentor junior PMs, lead quarterly reviews, and partner with billing, licensing, and commerce to ensure seamless access across products. Strong strategic and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in identity, entitlement management, or related platforms.
• 5+ years defining platform strategy in complex, multi-product B2B environments.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, business, and sales stakeholders at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for foundational platform capabilities.
• Own the unified identity layer and ensure a single source of truth for identities.
• Define entitlement fulfilment models to support provisioning, enforcement, and monetization.
• Collaborate with billing and commerce to connect purchases with product access.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and communicate effectively with executives.
