Job summary

JetBrains seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the BAD Product licensing and administration experience, guiding purchases, subscriptions, organization admin, and usage-based services. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, QA, BAD Platform, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to drive discovery, validate with data, and define a long-term vision for licensing ecosystems.

Day to day you will define the roadmap, uncover friction through research, map journeys, and track adoption

Qualifications

• A proven track record of managing technically complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B product areas end to end.
• Hands-on experience driving product discovery, user research, and roadmap prioritization.
• Experience navigating complex customer journeys, multi-team dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience making data-informed decisions using telemetry, product metrics, and experimentation.
• The ability to work comfortably alongside engineering teams on technical details, APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems.
• Uncover user friction through customer research, support data, telemetry, and internal feedback.
• Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys covering purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and administration.
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across sub-systems to build a unified user experience.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and QA from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Define and track key product metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand.
• Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
