Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit, focusing on software that integrates OT with enterprise systems.

You will drive the full product lifecycle, translate complex customer needs into actionable features, and coordinate with engineering to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in product management, a strong background in ALM tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab), and a solid understanding of cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical discipline with 10+ years in product management and software delivery.
• SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Product Owner/product manager or similar agile certification.
• Experience launching and managing complex software products; strong ALM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to implementation.
• Capture and translate customer needs into features and user stories for the tech team.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps across internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain product backlog and make trade-off decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead day-to-day software operations to meet release targets and optimize resources.
• Create and maintain system documentation including design diagrams and procedures.
• Plan and conduct user testing (UAT); establish KPIs and drive adoption.
