CVS Health (Signify Health) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own partner channel scheduling across agent-assisted and self-scheduling modes. You will work with engineering, analytics, operations, client success, and health plan partners to ensure growth and success of Signify’s scheduling products.

You will define a clear roadmap, drive API expansion, and deliver an embeddable scheduling SDK with SSO, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external clients.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience including 5+ years in product roles.
• Experience auditing complex architectures and launching scalable products with external partner integrations.
• Proven track record delivering products and ensuring partner success.
• Experience collaborating with external partners to align scope, timelines, and success metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product strategy for partner channel scheduling across channels.
• Expand partner scheduling APIs for full appointment management including booking and rescheduling.
• Extend scheduling to PBM and health plan call centers with in-tool member offers.
• Deliver embeddable scheduling SDK with SSO hand-off and reusable toolkit.
