Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager for Find & Schedule Care to own the end-to-end access front door for members, enabling search, viewing real-time availability and booking care. You will define the product strategy, align with stakeholders, and maintain accuracy of provider directories and scheduling rules to ensure a trusted experience.

Qualificações

• 3 years of Product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the department’s and the company’s strategic roadmap and develops a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and oversee execution of the vision.
• Own the product backlog and refresh and re-prioritize the backlog with input from internal and partner teams.
• Identify and drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Serve as accountable owner for the sets of products/tools within the designated portfolio.
