Job summary

CVS Health, through Signify Health, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of partner channel scheduling in the US healthcare ecosystem. You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, design, and client teams to drive growth and value for health plan clients and brokers.

This remote role reports to the Lead Director of Scheduling and Planning Excellence, with travel as needed. You will define roadmaps, enable embeddable SDKs, expand API capabilities, and ensure end-to-end

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience including 5 years of product experience.
• Audit complex technical architectures and launch scalable products.
• Track record of delivering products and customer/partner success.
• 5–7 years of stakeholder management to executives with data-driven backlog storytelling.
• 2+ years working with external partners or clients to align scope and success metrics.
• 2+ years of user research, field observations, or interviews.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for partner channel scheduling across API and scheduling capabilities.
• Expand scheduling APIs to support appointment management (booking, cancellations, rescheduling).
• Extend scheduling to PBM and health plan call centers with integrated tools for reps.
• Define and launch an embeddable scheduling SDK with SSO hand-off and reusable toolkit.
• Support smaller partners with self-service scheduling and onboarding.
• Coordinate with engineering, analytics, ops, and client success to keep integrations on one platform.
• Communicate complex concepts to influence leadership and partners.
• Identify user, partner, or business needs and drive solutions; negotiate tradeoffs.
• Develop a clear vision with short/long-term roadmaps and measurable milestones.
• Observe users to derive problem statements and validate backlog features.
• Coordinate timelines and expectations across teams and health plan clients.
• Define KPIs like pitch rate, booking rate, and on-boarding time.
• Understand Medicare Advantage distribution ecosystem and regulatory trends.
