Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the clinician payments portfolio including the variable compensation engine and time tracking.
• Design and drive the reusable incentive infrastructure and partner with Ops on lever configuration.
• Navigate a high-complexity stakeholder map across Payroll, Ops, HR, Legal, Finance and Comms.
• Write specs for engineering and translate business requirements into precise technical definitions.
• Define KPIs to connect product decisions to business outcomes and measure incentive effectiveness.
