CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Signify Health to drive the partner-channel scheduling roadmap, enabling external partners to schedule In-Home Evaluations and activate health-plan benefits across broker enrollment, plan calls, and partner apps.

You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, operations, client success, and health-plan partners to ensure scalable, data-driven product delivery.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional experience including 5 years of product experience.
• Ability to audit complex technical architectures, identify bottlenecks and launch scalable products and APIs for external partners.
• Experience working with external partners or clients to align scope, timelines and success metrics.
• Experience conducting user research, field observations, or interviews to define problem statements and prioritize backlog features.

Responsabilidades

• Own partner-channel scheduling product roadmap and configure capabilities for onboarding partners.
• Define and execute product strategy across agent-assisted and self-scheduling.
• Expand APIs to support full appointment management including booking, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Develop embeddable scheduling SDK with SSO hand-off and reusable toolkit for integrations.
• Support self-service scheduling for smaller partners and manage onboarding timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, operations, client success to keep integrations on one platform.
