Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Scheduling in Austin, TX. You will own the in‑product schedule experience, guiding how teams view, edit, and collaborate on schedules and lookaheads within Procore Scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, or equivalent, building and launching B2B software.
• Experience owning a product area, setting direction and delivering outcomes.
• Proficiency in customer interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Strong ability to write briefs and requirements with clear rationale and risk awareness.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the in-product schedule experience.
• Spend time with customers to understand scheduling workflows and unmet needs.
• Conduct discovery via interviews, usability tests, and data to generate actionable insights.
• Write product requirements and acceptance criteria across performance, reliability, and security.
• Balance near-term improvements with long-term vision and phased delivery.
• Lead with Design and Engineering and coordinate with other product teams.
• Plan releases from beta to GA with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Support.
• Set OKRs, measure adoption and satisfaction, and adjust plans based on data.
• Communicate strategy and progress to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Mentor newer PMs and participate in hiring discussions.
