Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of product marketing or equivalent experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of owning a package or market metrics personally, not only through a team.
• Evidence-based evaluation habits, including promotions you advocated for and performance issues you handled expeditiously and fairly.
• Recognized craft strength in positioning and packaging.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a package, its associated business metrics, and its named competitors.
• Manage 2-5 product marketers and set the craft bar for the team.
• Stay accountable for metrics of the seats you manage and explain them clearly.
• Recruit top talent efficiently and equitably.
• Edit and upgrade team work until it meets high craft standards.
• Implement real, repeatable AI workflows instead of demos.
