Job summary

Procore in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Scheduling to own the in-product schedule experience within Procore Scheduling. You will partner with Design and Engineering to define priorities, write clear requirements, and drive customer-focused outcomes.

You will spend time with owners, schedulers, and contractors to understand needs, run discovery, and translate learnings into actionable plans. You will plan releases from beta to GA and mentor teammates as the area grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, or equivalent, building and launching B2B software products.
• Track record of owning a product area, including direction, prioritization, and outcomes.
• Proficiency in product discovery with customer conversations and synthesis.
• Strong skills writing briefs and requirements with technical, design, and competitive risk considerations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority and influencing stakeholders.
• Comfort making decisions quickly with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills to track outcomes and guide prioritization.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Interest in the construction industry and a drive to learn it.

Responsibilities

• Own the scheduling product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the in-product schedule experience.
• Spend significant time with owners and schedulers to understand needs and current workflows.
• Run discovery using interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis, and usage data.
• Write product requirements and acceptance criteria with clear rationale.
• Balance near-term improvements with long-term vision and phase delivery.
• Lead design and engineering partnerships to maintain momentum.
• Plan releases from beta through GA with marketing, sales, enablement, and support.
• Set goals and track adoption, satisfaction, and other outcomes; adjust plans as data dictates.
• Mentor newer product managers and contribute to hiring discussions.
