Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Scheduling to own the in-product schedule experience within Procore Scheduling. You will work with Design and Engineering, and partner with teams across the platform to deliver a cohesive scheduling tool used by general contractors, owners, and subs.

You will spend real time with customers, write clear requirements, and drive releases from beta to GA while balancing near-term improvements with a long-term vision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning a product area with clear customer outcomes.
• Strong discovery and requirements writing.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the in-product schedule experience.
• Spend significant time with owners, contractors, and schedulers to understand needs.
• Run discovery using interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis, and data.
• Write product requirements and acceptance criteria with constraints in mind.
• Plan and run releases from beta through general availability.
• Mentor newer product managers and collaborate with Design and Engineering.
