Job summary

Supplied Talent seeks a Senior Product Manager to guide Monument's platform evolution. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to shape strategy, prioritize enhancements, and lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality features at scale.

You will own discovery, write detailed PRDs, break work into Epics/Stories with clear UI/UX and API requirements, and lead Agile ceremonies while maintaining data integrity and scalable design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Product Management role at a software company.
• Experience with accounting, billing, payments, or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery on new features with business requirements, competition, and feedback.
• Write PRDs detailing objectives, architecture impacts, data flows, and API requirements; validate with customers and stakeholders.
• Break down requirements into Epics and Stories with UI/UX, business logic, APIs, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives.
• Communicate risks, blockers, and timelines early to keep stakeholders aligned.
