Job summary

Monument seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the next phase of our platform’s evolution, partnering with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define strategy and deliver high‑quality enhancements at scale.

This in‑person role in Dallas, TX requires 5+ years in product management and deep experience with financial workflows, data integrity, and collaboration across teams. You will own roadmaps, drive clarity, and champion delivery with ownership and urgency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role at a software company.
• Experience working within complex accounting, billing, payments, or financial systems.
• You set yourself apart with your thoroughness and attention to detail.
• You thrive in a fast paced environment; shifting priorities won’t derail you.
• You take ownership of your product area and drive momentum with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery on new features, analyze requirements, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Write PRDs articulating objectives, data flows, and API contract requirements; validate with customers and stakeholders.
• Break down requirements into Epics and Stories with UI/UX, business logic, API dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups and retrospectives.
• Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and timeline changes to keep stakeholders aligned.
