Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to own the Salesforce platform and connected tools across Sales, SMB, and Operations. You will translate user workflows into requirements, lead UAT, and drive AI-forward CRM initiatives with privacy guardrails.

You will own adoption metrics and launch readiness, collaborating with engineering and business leaders. The role requires 8+ years in product management, Salesforce experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with CRM/sales/support tooling ownership.
• End-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-based solutions with measurable impact.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders.
• Experience in advertising technology or globally operating consumer tech.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM-driven automation into CRM workflows.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder cert, or equivalent configuration experience.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and privacy/security reviews for CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Snap’s Salesforce platform and tools.
• Partner with end users and engineering to translate workflows into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define an AI-forward CRM direction with human-in-the-loop oversight and privacy guardrails.
• Own business-impact metrics and drive launch readiness, training, and post-launch measurement.
