Job summary

Logoslabs is seeking a senior Product Manager for Sales, Marketing & Business Solutions to own the roadmap for Salesforce-powered platforms. You’ll coordinate with Sales and Marketing to translate needs into clear requirements and prioritize initiatives by value and impact.

You will partner with engineering on data models, integrations, and build-vs-buy decisions, while leading governance and quarterly planning to align stakeholders with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce product experience (required).
• Experience delivering enterprise Sales/Marketing tech with quantifiable results.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, digital product management, or CRM systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; data-driven decisions.
• Experience partnering with Sales & Marketing stakeholders to translate goals into roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Sales and Marketing platforms; Salesforce as system of record.
• Turn business needs into requirements and prioritize by value, effort, impact.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation integrations: lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, attribution.
• Lead quarterly/annual planning with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Plan releases and manage cross-platform dependencies; ensure testing and adoption.
• Define and track KPIs (adoption, data quality, funnel efficiency, delivery).
• Evaluate new tools (AI-enabled features) and decide consolidation or retirement.
• Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
