Natera is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Sales, Marketing & Business Solutions platform portfolio, with Salesforce as the main system of record. You will own the roadmap, KPIs, and strategy, collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Sales & Marketing to define requirements, oversee integrations, and balance build vs. buy vs.

Competenze

• Direct experience turning business goals into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Enterprise Sales/Marketing tech experience with quantifiable results (CRM, CPQ, lead routing, analytics).
• Hands-on Salesforce product experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Account Engagement, HubSpot).
• Ability to work with Salesforce engineers, admins, and architects on integration approaches.

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Sales and Marketing platforms with Salesforce as the system of record.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to translate business needs into requirements and prioritize by value, effort, and impact.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation integration points including lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and attribution.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning with stakeholders to ensure visibility, sequencing, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering on data model, integration, and decision making (build vs buy vs configure).
• Plan releases and manage cross-platform dependencies, ensuring testing and adoption.
• Define and track KPIs; use data to guide investment and decision making.
• Evaluate new tools including AI features and recommend consolidation or retirement.
• Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
