Job summary

Anaplan is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our Revenue Performance Management (RPM) Application team in the United States. You will drive the product vision and roadmap for GTM Planning applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Enterprise Software delivery.
• Experience with Sales Performance solutions or related domains (GTM Planning, Sales Finance).
• Ability to analyze complex problems and craft innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of product vision by gathering customer and market insights.
• Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on feedback and feasibility.
• Gather, synthesize and communicate high-level business requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pricing with marketing and sales.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, track adoption and customer satisfaction, inform future iterations.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and customers.
